Some 20 members of the congregation met yesterday at the Malaga Diocesan Centre to hear the result of the Attitude Survey we conducted with American consultants, HolyCow Consulting, and share ideas that might shape our planning for the next 5 years.
A detailed feedback from HolyCow was given by Fr Hilary and presentations were made by the leads of the Chaplaincy Council’s 5 working groups, as well as by the clergy team, as to how they saw the next 5 years developing and how we might begin to identify some strategic objectives.
Over the coming weeks Frs Hilary and Louis will work together to shape our forward plans and articulate this in a Mission Action Plan 2026-2030, which will be published at the Annual General Meeting in the Spring.
