As with a lot of churches, St George’s is very dependent on volunteers, for anything from cleaning the church, to visiting people in need to taking and supporting services.
For a Christian, volunteering is part of our service to God. It helps us to help others. It is also a way of doing something new and interesting with our time, and learning new skills.
Volunteers can give anything from an hour or two in a week to a whole lot more! Whatever works for you. And many volunteer tasks came be done from home.
