The digital platform of Spanish sports newspaper, Diario AS, reported on the impressive skiing conditions this year in the Sierra Nevada.
Apparently the resort has climbed to fourth place in the world ranking for snow accumulation, a milestone that confirms what the platform describes as the most ‘exceptional season experienced on the Iberian Peninsula’. With snowfall reaching 400 cm at higher levels, it was this month the resort with the most snow in all of Europe.
