The Annual General Meeting provides an opportunity for church members to meet as a body, remind themselves of the church’s vision and values, and ensure they are on the same page for the coming year.
The agenda includes reports from church officers as well as the Chaplain, consideration of the Chaplaincy´s finances and the election and admission of Chaplaincy & Congregational Churchwardens.
Participants in worship at any of the Chaplaincy´s three congregations are welcome to join us, but voting is limited to those in attendance who are members of the Electoral Roll.
Before the Chaplaincy AGM, each congregation will hold a brief local meeting to elect congregational wardens, who are then ratified at the AGM. The St George’s congregational meeting will take place on Sunday 28th April and those at Velez-Malaga and Salinas on 21st April and 11th May respectively.
